Organization Deactivation and Reactivation
If you want to Deactivate your Organization, all users will be deactivated and they will not be able to access the Organization anymore.
Your data is kept for at least 60 days in case you change your mind. Deactivating an Organization will also cancel the subscription after the current billing period.
Note: If you want your Organization to be deactivated or reactivated, or have any questions, please reach out to your dedicated contact at ITONICS or contact the Support team at ITONICS via support@itonics.io.
Deactivation
If you want your Organization to be deactivated, please contact ITONICS. Please note that you need to have an inactive subscription in order to get the Organization deactivated.
Reactivation
Whenever your Organization has been deactivated, you have 60 days in case you change your mind. Simply contact ITONICS again and request to reactivate the Organization and update your subscription.
